How to use

  1. In Start from, keep Blank page or pick any template. It loads into the editor.
  2. Fill in the boxes. Your business name and logo are remembered on this device.
  3. Check the preview below the form. It updates as you type.
  4. Press Print, or Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in the print window.
  5. Want a different layout? Open the custom builder to add or remove sections.

About the custom builder

Use it for paperwork that does not fit a ready-made template: a site visit record, a job sheet with your own boxes, a checklist for one customer. Add details boxes, notes, line items with totals, checklists, tables, signature lines or a time card, and put them in the order you like.
