About this work order template
A work order records what was asked for, what was done and what was used. This one has the customer and site, the equipment with make, model, serial and refrigerant type, problem reported, work performed, a parts and materials table, time on site and signature lines for the technician and customer.
Fill the boxes on screen or print it blank and complete it on site. For regular maintenance visits, use the checklist for the equipment instead of free text.

What is a work order?
A document that describes a job to be done or that was done: who it is for, where, what was wrong, what was done and what parts were used.
Can I use it for refrigeration or HVAC service calls?
Yes. The equipment section has boxes for make, model, serial number and refrigerant type. Record readings in the work performed box or use a service checklist.
How do I save it as a PDF?
