About this work schedule maker

A weekly grid with crew members down the side and the seven days across. Set the date the week starts and the column headings show the day and date. In each box write the job, site or shift, such as “Smith, 8 to 4” or “Off”.

It prints landscape on one page, in US Letter or A4. Start with eight rows and add more if you need them. Print a blank grid if you would rather fill it in on the wall.

Questions

Can I print it blank?

Yes. Leave the boxes empty and print. You get a ruled weekly grid to fill in by hand.

How many people can I add?

Eight rows to start, and you can add more with Add row. It still prints on one page up to a point, and the page estimate shows if it spills over.

How do I save it as a PDF?

Press Save as PDF, then choose “Save as PDF” as the printer in the print window. Pick US Letter or A4 in Step 4 first. It prints on one page.
