About this general service checklist
Use it when no trade-specific template fits: a first visit, a quick inspection or a call-out. It covers arrival (review the concern, make the area safe, isolate equipment), inspection and service, and close-out with the customer. Add items for the equipment in front of you.
Questions
Can I add my own items?
Yes. Open Step 2, then use Add item and Add section, or remove anything that does not apply.
Is there a trade-specific version?
Yes. See the checklists for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, fire safety and more.
